Enrolment and Terms and Conditions

If you decide to book a course of classes, please fill in an Enrolment form which will be emailed to you.

All Students
Please fill in the Enrolment Form Part 1, which will ask you for:
• Name
• Home Address
• Email Address
• Phone Number
• Subject Chosen for Study
• Your Objectives
• Your Previous Experience
• Any other relevant information. For example if you are dyslexic or have any other needs that may affect your learning.

If you are under 18
Or
If someone else is paying your fees, please provide their contact details and consent as well, in Part 2.

If both Part 1 and Part 2 are needed, please send both parts from both signatory’s email addresses. Thank you.

By attending classes, you are accepting The Drama School UK ~ Online’s Terms and Conditions.

Fees
All fees are payable in advance termly or by agreed instalments. All classes must be paid for in full and in advance.

Classes
Each Student will arrange a course of classes to suit their requirements after discussion with Meryl Duff.

Convenient Days and Times will be agreed.

Flexibility
Changes of times or days can be altered, in advance, by either the student or Meryl Duff to accommodate other commitments or illness.

Timely Class Attendance
You will need to be ready for your classes on time. Lateness may cause you to lose some of your class time due to later scheduled classes.

Failure to Notify
If you fail to notify absence in advance, you will be liable to pay the full fee.

Safety Requirements

You are asked to ensure that your rehearsal place is safe and free from trip hazards before every class, so that you can focus on your performance and avoid harm.

You are strongly advised to wear suitable clothes and shoes to reduce the risk of tripping and to enable freedom of movement.

Communication and Privacy

After your class, I may send you notes and some further information via Email or WhatsApp.

You will receive your personal account with class days and times, as previously agreed, via email.

I will not share your contact details without your written permission.

Please send messages and enquiries through email or WhatsApp initially and if you need to discuss something I will arrange a phone call.

Health and Safety and Insurance

The Drama School UK ~ Online has Public Liability Insurance.

It is only possible to insure against the most serious eventualities such as permanent injury, so if you require a higher level of insurance, please consult your own insurer.

I take all reasonable precautions to prevent accidents, but Drama is a physical activity and there is always a risk of tripping, falling or bumping.

It is, therefore, your responsibility to check that your rehearsal space is cleared of any hazards and to wear suitable clothes and shoes for your rehearsals.
